LIFE AT HART CARE CENTER

Due to COVID-19, nursing home visitation rules continously change. Please note that the following is subject to change, but is our most current visitation policy.

As of October 2022, visitors are allowed in the facility to visit our residents. All visitors MUST wear a well-fitting face mask. Visitors will be screened in the lobby for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 and Influenza. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or Influenza, we kindly ask that you delay your visit until the symptoms have resolved.

No visitation is allowed in common areas or in the dining room at this time. There is a visitation room set up in Room 115 that is available for private visits. Ask Nursing/Administrative Staff for access to the private visitation room.

Visitation Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
